Traditionally fermented, A. Le Coq's Dark Kali is made from barley and rye malt and hops. Its distinctive taste and darker color than other kvass are achieved by skillfully roasting the malt, which offers the drinker the opportunity to discover new, darker flavor nuances. Dark Kali is not overly sweet, foams nicely in the glass and quenches thirst perfectly. To make kvass, the malt must also be fermented.
